We deliver our products to most cities and towns in India. We ship only through reputed, leading courier services with careful, safe packing to ensure your order reaches you in good condition and in the fastest possible time.
Online Ordering Scope
Currently, only two product lines are available for direct purchase through our website:
- Shimaden SRS0 Series (PID Controllers)
- Tashika TB Series (Handheld Infrared Pyrometers)
Orders for these two lines of fewer than 5 pieces must be placed and paid for online through the website. Orders of 5 pieces or more are handled directly by our Sales Engineers against a Purchase Order (PO) — contact us at sales2@toshniwalsensors.com or +91-8003779056 for such orders. All other product categories on our website are for reference/inquiry only and are not available for direct online purchase at this time.
Order Address
The customer must mention their shipping address at the time of order. If no shipping address is specified, the billing address will be considered the standard shipping address — this applies both to orders placed online and to orders placed against a PO through our Sales Engineers. For online orders, the option to choose a different shipping address is provided at checkout.
Packing
We ensure safe, secure packing to avoid any damage in transit.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping time is 2–7 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) from order placement to dispatch and handover to our courier partner. In rare cases, this may take longer. If there is any such delay, we will inform you within 2 days of order placement, along with the estimated dispatch date.
Once dispatched, further delivery time to your address may vary based on your location and the courier partner used.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not fixed and depend on the product category, gross weight, and destination address. The applicable charge will be shown to you at the time of placing your order.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
Please refuse delivery if the package appears tampered or damaged on arrival. Once a package has been accepted as delivered, no damage claim can be entertained.
Note: Once we dispatch an item, the courier company is responsible for the delivery arrangements. Toshniwal Sensors Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for items that are missing, damaged, or undelivered after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we email you the docket/tracking number from supply1@toshniwalsensors.com, so you can track your shipment through our courier partners.
Invoicing
All shipments include a GST invoice showing the item price, in accordance with Indian tax regulations. GSTIN: 08AABCT7883L1ZM
Taxes
All applicable taxes (GST) are charged and included in the invoice generated at the time of your order, in accordance with Indian GST regulations. Under the unified GST regime, no separate State Tax or Octroi is levied on interstate shipments. In the rare case that a local municipal levy applies in a specific region, it would be collected by the courier company from the buyer at the time of delivery, and the buyer would be responsible for such charges.
Right to Refuse Orders
Toshniwal Sensors Pvt. Ltd. (TSPL) may refuse an order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected misuse, unusually large or repeated quantities/requests, multiple registrations by the same user, or insufficient information provided at the time of order.
